Founded in 1994 in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, CROSS was born from the belief that rural communities have the capacity to transform themselves, they just need the right support, resources, and a partner who walks alongside them.

Over two decades, we have built self-reliant villages that are socially inclusive, economically secure, and environmentally sustainable, from Dalit hamlets to tribal settlements across rural Andhra Pradesh.
